FACILITIES AT OUR SCHOOL

The Leduc dojo encompasses 1800 square feet of training space. A competition ring is painted on the floor for sparring matches. Punch and kicking pads, as well as a Makiwara target, help students practice their techniques in a non-violent way against a real surface. A heavy bag is also available for this purpose.

Mirrors at the back of the room allow students to critique their own techniques when training. For weapons training, we have numerous Bo staffs, Boken, Tonfa, and Sai. Those who do not participate are permitted to watch from the waiting area.
